Personnel of the phone division of Awel needed a system to fill in their permanences in order to have a complete overlap of availability for the telephone support.
Maesdesign created a form which users need to fill in and then this data is saved.
The first step was to create a permanence form and save this data to a database.
When this was done, Maesdesign added some features in order to extract the data from the database to a gridview where managers can use this permanences to create a completely filled timetable.
Additional features such as a mail integration and message board were added later on. The site is based on a custom created framework and is still used by Awel Permanence.
