After almost three years, awel.maesdesign.be the subdomain of my other portfolio website https://maesdesign.be, is now being suspended.
During this vast period I’ve created and maintained a permanence planner for the volunteers of Awel.be (or at least a part of them).
This made their life a bit easier. Before the permanence planner, all the data was gathered in an excel sheet and needed to be updated manually. Whilst the website created a proposed permanence list for the volunteers.
Since a couple weeks, this functionality has been built into the main website of Awel, therefore this project became obsolete.
It was one of my biggest, and currently longest projects I’ve worked on. I’ve learned a lot about webdesign, analysis and cooperating with other people.

A couple of facts:
- 502067 unique permanence records were registered during this period (120454 deleted records not included);
- That’s a lot if you know there are only 92 people registered (45 deleted records not included);
- 40463 unique sessions were created between 2016 and 2017.
